It creates mess not only physical but also mental. Here clutter does not signify to tangible clutter but also intangible clutter that you have in your mind. The extra things present compete for your attention and demand your time and this affects your productivity. To remove the clutter just ask yourself is it needed, is the feeling required if no then simply do away with it, and this is the best thing that you can do.

3. Wake Up Super Early- the entire day you are scheduled for things and something or other keeps coming up constantly. However, you may want you will not able to concentrate to the level of the need and this will deter you from achieving your goals. Thus its simple wake up early and get started early this small thing will work in great ways to get you near your goal. It may be difficult in the initial days but gradually once you adapt the lifestyle it will become easy to wake up early and to get to your work.

4. Stop it immediately; procrastinating- we keep super busy and are juggling to get the things in order but still we all do it and this is a fact. Be it symptoms of your illness, over hovering over the fridge or dreaming in front of your fridge we all do it and it does educe your stress.
